By placing an order with Wild Ones, you agree to these terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before making a purchase.


Orders and payment

All prices shown in our webshop include VAT. Payment is made securely via the available payment options at checkout. Your order is final once payment has been successfully completed.


Shipping and delivery

We ship your order the first Monday or Thursday after your order date. Delivery times are provided as accurately as possible but may vary. Wild Ones is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.


Pickup

You may choose to pick up your order at our location in Leeuwarden. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. Please make a pickup appointment using the form on our website’s contact page. Pickup must occur within 14 days of our notification that your order is ready.


Returns & withdrawal

At Wild Ones, you have the right to return a product within 30 days of receipt, provided that the hygiene seal is intact.
All our products come with a special sticker or seal. If this seal has been opened or damaged, the right to return the product expires due to hygiene reasons.


How to return a product?

Include your order number and a photo showing the product with the intact seal.


Shipping proof
Always use a shipping method with a track & trace code. Without proof of shipping, we cannot accept liability for lost parcels or reimburse return costs.


Product damaged upon arrival?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the defect. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund.


Refund processing time
The refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving and approving the return.


Liability

Wild Ones is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from improper use of our products. Always read and follow the product instructions carefully.

We handle your data with care and use it only to process your order or contact you about your order.
